Welcome to my page! I'm Marina Stancev, Digital Designer with more than 8 years of professional experience working in a number of different industries however, most of my experience stems from Tech, E-commerce, Advertising, Fashion and Art Education. Mostly I worked in Marketing, Growth and E-commerce departments together as a part of a thriving team filled with other creatives, marketing and project managers. I also have experience of running my own small design studio and engaging with different projects and clients at the same time while collaborating with other creatives.
Life is all about the experience so I always try to push myself forward to learn and implement the latest technologies on the market into my work. I am an expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs, but I am also proficient in CSS and HTML coding. Including .gif, voice and animation has been mandatory nowadays and I always find a way how to communicate with the customers using all tools technology has given.

BRANDING, SOCIAL MEDIA, TEXTILE PRINTING, ILLUSTRATIONS
Brokula & Ž is a Croatian brand of eco-clothing that combines top design with the use of organic raw materials in every stage of the production process. All of the design from Brokula & Ž is printed in nature-loving colours, in accordance with the highest environmental standards ISO 14001 and Oeko Tex Standard 100. Instead of the grooved neck tags, which can be irritating and itchy, we printed labels on the inside of the product to make the clothes more comfortable to wear and reduced the use of extra materials to a minimum. Clothes are sent to customers in packaging that is completely biodegradable. You could even throw it in a stream without bothering the fish! :)
I worked in a thriving Marketing team as a Design Lead who was responsible for all print and digital creative outputs. I worked alongside the Creative Director, Account Manager, PR Manager, Project Manager, Junior Designer and Copywriter.
